Gratitude Junk Journal Making
“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.”
These may seem like strange days to start and keep a gratitude journal, but perhaps there is no better time than when everywhere we look there is strife. When we cultivate gratitude for what is good in our lives, even if what we are grateful for are very small things, we are actually cultivating healthier, more resilient minds.
In this two-part workshop we will make own gratitude journals from old books and beautiful paper that might otherwise end up in a landfill.
Two sessions – November 21st and 28th
“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.”
