Nonviolent Communication Course

March 10 @ 9:00 pm - April 7 @ 11:30 pm

5 Session Training Course – No Experience Required

Tuesdays, 7-9:30 p.m.

March 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7 2020

Marshall Rosenberg believed that it is in our nature to enjoy giving and receiving from the heart. He was pre-occupied with answering two questions:

What happens to disconnect us from our compassionate nature, leading us to judge others and behave violently?

What allows some people to stay connected to their compassionate nature even under trying circumstances?

He developed a specific approach to communicate with ourselves and each other in a way that allows our natural compassion to flourish and he called it Nonviolent Communication.

Among other aspects, we will:

  • Deepen our understanding of empathy – what is it and what is it not
  • Learn and practice the difference between an observation and an evaluation
  • Explore the purpose of feelings and discern them from thoughts
  • Learn how to make a clear request without falling into demand energy

*** Facilitated by Sabine Morf Teter and Cathelijne van der Veen ***

Costs:

Costs: 5 session training course – €125-€250* Based on free will and income.
